A WORD FROM THE FOUNDER

"After the pandemic, many of us realised how much we’d been carrying — and how little support there was to care for our inner world. I created Yogaventures Online because I wanted to shift the way we approach mental well-being by implementing accessible, upstream, early self-care interventions. What if the answer lies in making self-care part of our daily rhythm — not just something we earn through burnout. We’re here to gently disrupt the mental health space, one practice at a time."

  • Do I need prior yoga experience? 🧘🏽‍♀️
    Not at all! This workshop is designed to be super welcoming for everyone — from absolute beginners to seasoned yogis. Come as you are 💫
  • Who is this event for? 👥
    This space is open to all — no matter your background, size, age or experience. You’ll be supported in a safe, inclusive space where the focus is on slowing down and reconnecting. Most attendees include people navigating anxiety or stress, as well as support people, yoga practitioners, teachers, and curious health professionals. Please note: This class isn’t individually tailored for pregnancy, complex physical needs, or injuries. If that applies to you, a quick check-in with your GP is recommended before attending 🩺
  • When should I book? ⏰
    Spots are limited and often sell out! Booking early guarantees your place and unlocks our early bird special (no other promos apply). 🌟
  • How many people usually attend? 🔢
    We keep numbers cozy — usually capped at 20 — to ensure a calm environment and personalised guidance while building a warm sense of community 🫶🏽
  • Is this workshop suitable for individuals with physical limitations? ♿
    The session is gentle and beginner-friendly — I’ve had prenatal students join, and even my 80-year-old Nana has attended (she enjoyed the class from a chair!) 👵🏽💛 However, please note that it’s not individually tailored for specific injuries or medical conditions. If you have any concerns, it’s best to check in with your doctor beforehand 🩺 You’re always welcome to reach out if you’d like to chat through your needs 💬
  • Can I attend if I don’t have anxiety? 😌
    Absolutely! This workshop is for anyone seeking more calm, clarity, and connection — whether or not anxiety is part of your story 🌱
  • Can I get a refund or transfer my booking? 💸
    Yes! Cancellations made 30+ days before the event are refundable. Can’t make it? You’re also welcome to transfer your spot to a friend anytime 💁🏽‍♀️
  • Can I bring my child? 👶🏽
    Children aged 10–17 are welcome with a parent or guardian. The session is designed for adults, so littler ones may find it hard to stay engaged. That said, I know as a mum how tough organising care can be — feel free to reach out if that’s tricky and we’ll do our best to support you 💗
  • What should I bring to the event? 🧺
    Wear comfy clothes, bring a water bottle, and maybe a cosy jumper in case the room gets cool. All props and journaling goodies will be provided. Just bring you 🧘🏽‍♀️✨
