Yogaventures is an Indigenous-founded, female-led, impact-driven social enterprise offering dreamy online classes, unforgettable events, and world-class yoga teacher trainings, in person and online.
We're a small group of visionary women who share the passion of making the world a better place through the practice of science-backed yoga and mindfulness. And we believe the ripple effect of just one mat experience can change lives.


Our Story
ONCE UPON A YOGA TIME 📖
Our story kicked off in 2020 when we opened the doors to our dreamy little studio in Coolangatta, Australia. Two weeks later? Boom—COVID hit. Lockdowns, border chaos, and curveballs galore. But instead of closing the chapter, we pivoted and poured our hearts into going online. What started as a wild detour turned into our main love story—an online platform that blossomed beyond anything we imagined. Proof that there's beauty in all life's tides 🌊✨


Our Mission
WE'RE ON A MISSION TO SHAKE UP THE MENTAL HEALTH SPACE
Did you know that globally, 1 in 8 people live with a mental health condition (WHO, 2022), with anxiety now the most common. Yet most systems still focus on crisis response—only stepping in once someone’s reached breaking point—even though early intervention is a proven strategy to reduce long-term mental illness (WHO, 2022; AIHW, 2023). Society treats mental health as a crisis to manage, not a condition to prevent. We wait until people are burnt out, anxious, depressed, or diagnosed before we offer care.
That’s where we come in. Our vision is to create upstream, daily, embodied care for mental wellbeing. Think of it like flossing your teeth to avoid holes forming. Yogaventures fills the gap before things fall apart—offering science-backed tools like breathwork, restorative yoga, and mindfulness to build resilience and regulate the nervous system. Co-created with psychologists, yoga therapists, and trauma-informed facilitators, our programs make mental health care more proactive, personal, and accessible—one breath at a time.
