Hi, I’m Emma!
I’m a Yugambeh (Gold Coast)–based experienced yoga teacher trainer (ERYT®500, RPYT®, RCYT®, YACEP®, RYS®) and a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) candidate. I specialise in the science of well-being and Yoga for mental health benefits.
I first experienced anxiety as a child, and over a decade ago, my GP suggested yoga to help with panic attacks and overwhelming anxiety — it changed my life. Since then, life has brought its fair share of heartache. Through it all, this practice has been my anchor on the days I felt like I might be swept away.
Today, I weave together lived experience, advanced yoga training, and positive psychology research to teach in a way that’s simple, relatable, and enjoyable 🧠🧬✨
I’ve shared Yoga for Anxiety around the world — from Sydney to Singapore to Paris — and it’s my hope that this workshop offers a space to connect with others walking a similar path, and to feel inspired to give your breath the front-row seat it deserves 🌈
