YOGA NIDRA WORKSHOP
ELUSIVE YOGIC SLEEP
Join us for this deeply restorative afternoon designed to calm the nervous system on the most profound level. We'll begin by melting the body open with gentle, flowing movement and juicy stretches so you can fully receive your Yoga Nidra Meditation. Then expect to be guided through relaxing body scans, breath work and beautiful mantras allowing us to move away from the mind and into the heart space. You'll walk in and float out. All levels and experience welcome.
