We'll explore the fascinating gut-brain connection, chat about how our gut health affects our mental health and learn nutrition-based strategies to help manage stress and anxiety. Then, enjoy an extended, nourishing yin yoga practice to melt away tension and aid healthy digestion. Whilst in Savasana, Leanne will apply gentle hand, foot, head or face acupuncture needles to take you deeper into relaxation and support your gut health for ongoing and long-term wellbeing. Float away as you're guided through simple breathing and relaxation techniques while the pins work their subtle magic. Pure bliss.
