Join our resident teacher Iveta + talented didgeridoo player Matthew for 2 hours of deep relaxation and healing. We'll use Yin yoga tools in order to reverse winter stagnation, restore vitality, and focus on our kidney and bladder which are primary organs that move water throughout the body. Expect long holds, deep breathing, and the magical vibration of the didgeridoo to transport you to new places. Enjoy the low frequency and healing vibrations for a deeper journey into the body and mind. Through this, we can enlivening stagnated energy channels and stimulate the flow of chi, prana, energy and restore an overall sense of vibrancy and vitality. This workshop brings a timeless and ancient feeling into the atmosphere as it releases any stagnation and moves through your intentions, setting up your mind-body and life for success once the new season arrives.
