About The Studio Coordinator Position

This is a rare and amazing position to be a part of a small but full-of-heart community. We're looking for a hard-working, dedicated Studio Coordinator to help out with anything and everything around our studio, no matter how humbling. It will include customer service, administration, keeping the studio clean and tidy and assisting the studio owner, Emma, with all the bits and bobs that come with running a studio. You'll physically work in the studio from 9am-5pm 2 weekdays per week. Some days working alongside Emma and other days flying solo. So we're looking for both a team player and an autonomous alpaca here! As we're a start-up with lots to do, you can expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the right amount of fund and zen.

Why You Should Apply

  • We respect and support our teachers and employee's need for purpose, growth, satisfaction, leadership and effective communication. So you'll have the opportunity to progress to a full-time position or other positions.

  • You will be working in our brand new, spacious, light and airy modern yoga studio situated 2 min walk to the beach. This means after work ocean swims (or before if you're into the mermaid look);

  • We recognise and value that our staff are simply what makes our community work - so it's out intention to keep you as long as possible;

  • You'll have access to unlimited complimentary yoga classes, courses and workshops to stay connected and always be learning;

  • Complimentary monthly buddy pass to gift to friend/family every month

  • Gift your close friends and close family members 10% off regular price passes and memberships (not applicable to Intro Offers or Concession pricing).

  • 30% Staff Discount for all products in studio;

  • As an upcoming and expanding company in the fast-growing health and wellness industry, it’s our goal to create a supportive, healthy, happy and high functioning work environment where all staff feel valued and represented at all times;

  • The work you'll do is centred around yoga so, we're all about cultivating a grounded, balanced, stress-free, positive, and inclusive work environment;

  • We're a yoga studio, not a corporate office. So we encourage you to wear whatever it is you feel most comfortable in - jeans, overalls, activewear! Whatever floats your boat;

  • Expect to always be treated with compassion, kindness, respect and to have your ideas well heard.
