Private yoga classes and wellness consultations are a great option for all levels as this allows for tailored guidance and advice to suit your unique body, lifestyle and health needs. You can book a one-off wellness tune up or ongoing classes to create a tailored wellness program. 


Private classes are great if you are:

  • Working with a specific mental condition e.g. anxiety or depression

  • Want to refine and deepen your poses

  • Would like assistance with alignment, sequencing and prop use in a safe, supportive environment that works to your level and pace

  • Injured and looking to learn safe modifications, as well as personalised techniques to restore balance and health e.g. back pain, shoulder injury

  • Would like to learn more about Meditation (relaxation) and Pranayama (breath) 

  • Want to learn more about Yoga Philosophy, Ethics and History

  • Would like to learn self-care tips, how to live a more yogi lifestyle or further recommendations for wellness



Sessions are hosted at the gorgeous light and airy Yogaventures yoga studio in Coolangatta, Gold Coast.
