When you're sick with cold, flu or immune system is just low it’s so so so important to nurture the body and find that balance between movement and slowing down. This practice is all about that. Finding movement to regenerate the lymphatic system but also gentle restorative poses to honour the body. For this practice, I recommend tissues, water and essential oils.
