Yoga For When You Have Your Period

This time of the month is all about slowing down, moving with your bodies natural rhythm and self-love, but not tooooo much. If you’re like me — then you definitely indulge a little ice cream, extra sleep and downtime. And hey, there ain't nothing wrong with that! But s'aaaaaal about balance here. So this practice is all about finding that mid-point between honouring the body and finding space to offer relief for achy lower belly and back.
