Moving through grief and loss is a painful process. It hurts. When it comes to healing there are no shortcuts or quantum leaps. Sometimes the only way... is through. Sometimes in order to process, heal and release we have to come face to face with this pain. So this 40-minute practice is all about creating a space to sit with the loss, the grief, the pain, the heartache. It’s about holding your heart, no matter how fragmented it may feel right now.
