Yoga After Gym (Lower Body)

A great little stretch out after a lower-body workout. Remember a well-rounded balance of health and fitness is both strength and flexibility - yin and yang! This sequence will honour just that as you find space and mobility releasing the hamstrings, quads and glutes 🧘🏽‍♀️
