Jacqui is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher, workshop and women’s circle facilitator and Transpersonal Counsellor. Her introduction to yoga came at a time she was least expecting. After many years of emotional distress and high anxiety, she was exposed to yoga as a means of alternative healing. Contrary to the perception of highly competitive acrobatics as depicted on social media, she was offered an avenue of self-exploration, deep inner peace and for the first time in her life, self-acceptance and the feeling of returning home in her own body and mind. She has since then endeavoured to cater her classes to ANY body who may benefit. Expect creative themes aimed at empowerment and self-acceptance, the inclusion of mantra and meditation, and returning home to one’s self, mind, body and spirit. If you're lucky you'll experience Jacqui's angelic singing voice guiding you into Savasana. Book A Class with Jacqui and she will offer her whole heart, every time.

Kelly was born in America and spent several years doing competitive cheerleading, which sparked her interest in fitness.
Kelly fell in love with barre and began teaching while living in America.
She moved to Australia and gained multiple additional certifications in Barre and Pilates while living in Sydney and working as a personal trainer + fitness instructor. Yoga kept Kelly grounded while adventuring and she completed her 500 hour yoga teacher training in Byron Bay. She now lives in the sunshine and surf on the Gold Coast, following her many passions and creating classes that change not only people's bodies, but the way they view themselves and the world. A good class is one where you leave smiling (and burning) and inspired to be a better human!
