TIME FOR SELF LOVE, MAMA
Our gorgeous Mums and Bubs (Postnatal) Yoga 6 Week Course is a babe-friendly course and a blissful way to bond, heal, and carve out a little 'you' time. This course is less about bub and more about you, Mama. So bring a blanket, mat and toys for your little one, while we focus on a series of gentle poses designed to relax tension and gradually strengthen – all in a supported, safe environment with other mums on the same path.
Don’t worry if you can’t do the whole class – arrive when you can and leave when you need to. It will be very casual and we are understanding of your needs. 30 mins of yoga is better than nothing at all. We do require that you consult and seek approval from your doctor prior to attending the course. Bubs up to 12 months welcome.
What To Expect
Each week we'll focus on one component and learn something new. The weeks are not accumulative and don't build on the previous week. So you can start the course from any week or simply attend a makeup course if you miss one (within a 3 month period). As no two courses are the same, we often have mum's signing up for repetitive courses. Our mamas also love to stay behind after class to enjoy a delicious fruity herbal tea to connect with other mamas and swapping this week's poop-explosion story.

Week 3: Gently rebuilding core strength
Week 4: Releasing Shoulders and Upper Spine
Week 5: Postnatal Hips and Pelvis
Week 6: Regaining Fitness and Endurance

Good To Know
We are located on level 1 and up a flight of stairs, so we don't recommend bringing the stroller. We do however have a gorgeous and spacious reception lounge perfect for feeding.
