MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION

If you’re heading to Bali, unwell, injured or just have a busy couple of weeks ahead you’re welcome to suspend your Membership. Here are a few things to note:

  • Suspension requests must be made via the Membership Suspension Request Form on our website and will not be accepted via telephone, in person, social media, email or any other method.

  • Suspension requests will only be accepted once every three (3) months for a period of up to four weeks. Keep in mind these do not accumulate.

  • Suspension requests will only be accepted after the eight (8) week minimum active commitment period.

  • Suspension requests must be made at least five (5) business days in advance of your nominated suspension date.

  • Yogaventures is unable to backdate suspended memberships and any membership payments during this noticed period are non-refundable.

  • All account debts must be settled before suspending your membership. This includes all late cancellation and no show fees incurred.

  • Following the end of your requested suspension period, your fortnightly payments will automatically be reactivated​​ and students will be notified by email.​
