This 2 hour guided Meditation practice with the gorgeous Ashleigh Green is the perfect place to start your Meditation journey or build on one you already have. Join us for an afternoon exploring mantra (humming, chanting, singing), sound (singing bowls, medicine drum, ting shaws) and pranayama (breathwork) as a beautiful way to release the mind and open our hearts. By exploring these techniques we'll discover the many different paths that can lead us to Meditation and finding one that resonates with you.
Meditation is scientifically proven to increase gray matter in the brain, reduce tension, improve memory, calm the nervous system and increase empathy and compassion. It's something worth learning.
