I have an injury. Can I still attend?

That depends. While we'd like to tell you that yoga will always heal you, we simply can't make those kinds of promises and your safety is always our top priority. Please consult with your doctor before attending class and make sure your yoga teacher is aware of your injuries before every class so we can work through any necessary modifications. We are here to help and support you in every way possible, but we are not qualified to diagnose any injuries so your doctor and your own intuition are the first lines of defence when working with an injury.

Book in for Tuesday. Your pass is again activated and you can go ahead and book back in for Wednesday. If require further assistance feel free to get in contact or pop into the studio.
