That depends. While we'd like to tell you that yoga will always heal you, we simply can't make those kinds of promises and your safety is always our top priority. Many students find yoga to be a helpful resource when working through an injury but it depends on the specifics and severity. Please consult with your doctor before attending class and make sure your yoga teacher is aware of your injuries before every class so we can work through any necessary modifications. We are here to help and support you in every way possible, but we are not qualified to diagnose any injuries so your doctor and your own intuition are the first lines of defence when working with an injury.
