EMBRACING SELF-COMPASSION YOGA WORKSHOP

How is your relationship with yourself? Are you kind, loving, forgiving? Or do you sometimes find yourself in judgemental or negative stories about yourself? While it's second nature to extend compassion to our loved ones, we don't always find this for ourselves.
Join our resident yoga teacher and Transpersonal Counsellor, Jacqui Hunt, for a deeply nourishing, healing and heart-centred workshop to offer insight and practical tools to consciously cultivate an expression of self-compassion. In this workshop, we'll explore heartfelt research and focus on removing armour, releasing layers of unconsciousness, and welcoming deep loving emotions. Expect a heart-opening flow, nourishing forward bends, nurturing cradling poses, softening supine postures, and guided meditation to leave you feeling deeply loved and empowered. Embrace a more emotional aspect of your practice, disassemble the myth that self-care is selfish, and honour a deeper level of your being. May we be happy, may we be healthy, may we be peaceful, may we be free and deeply loved.
