MEET YOUR EXPERT TRAINER
Hey, I’m Daphne Manhattan 👋 I’m an Australian-based, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher Trainer (Yoga Alliance ERYT® & YACEP®) and Yoga Therapist, deeply knowledgeable in Restorative Yoga.
My yoga journey began at the age of 12 practising alongside my mother via a VHS tape in our lounge room. I've since studied over 1,000 hours of Yoga Therapy training centralised around trauma-informed yoga, meditation, compassion-focused therapy, and mental health.
My teachings interweave a BioMedical approach to facilitate a supportive practice that is therapeutic in nature and designed to cultivate new mind and bodily patterns for inner resilience, peace and tranquillity.

FIND ME
Day dreaming in nature or overcrowded cities, both places connect me deeply to my yoga practice.

MY VIBE

Tranquil autumn morning swims, black coffee and a croissant before lunch, long summer night city walks to get gelato.

BIGGEST LESSON

Work on your integrity, some call it alignment. But the more you do what you think and say, the better your life will flow.
