Sample our delicious selection of herbal fruity teas or try an assortment of calming essential oils before class. We've created a cool, breezy space that is environmentally-friendly (even our flooring is made from recycled plastic) and features minimalistic beach-luxe decor, lots of gorgeous natural light, a series of dreamy textured linen curtains, the highest quality yoga props possible, and tons of lush greenery to calm and elevate the senses. A true expression of both Coolangatta's coastal boho vibes, laid-back feels and the Yogaventures eco-wellness brand.

We're more than just a yoga studio — we're a family. It's our intention to create a beautiful and loving community that feels just like home. Here at Yogaventures, we believe yoga is for EVERY body — new bodies, older bodies, injured bodies, sore bodies, tired bodies, curvy bodies, mamas-to-be, experienced yogis, and everyone in between. We embrace all levels of fitness, body shapes and ages. We're all about friendly, accessible yoga and strive to create a welcoming, open space where every single one of our clients feel comfortable exactly as they are. After yoga with us, our clients often rave about how yoga leaves them more calm, more productive, less reactive, and more ready to give. We cultivate an environment of inclusivity, acceptance and self-love so please don’t be shy to join our community.

We do not accept walk ins! Bookings for classes and workshops are compulsory, and can be made via Mindbody Website or Mindbody App. It makes showing up to the studio a seamless process so our teachers can focus on yoga and pilates, not admin. Plus it secures your spot as our classes book out. Bookings will not be accepted by phone, email, social media or any other method than MindBody.

Our mat hire is $2 per class (free for our Members). We offer extra grip, high-quality, eco-luxe Mndfl Mats that are either made from 100% renewable cork or recycled plastic bottles (microfibre).

A gentle reminder that we are a cashless studio. Mat Hire can be purchased via the Self Check-Out feature on the MindBody App. Go to "View Pricing", "Classes", "Mat Hire", then select "Buy". In-person purchases attract a 20% transaction surcharge.

We're located at in the heart of the Coolangatta CBD.  Find us at 1A/40 Griffith St, Coolangatta Q 4225 in the Karingal Place building. Pass 'Koffee at Tiffanys' and follow the signs to head up the stairs. You can't miss us!

We have plenty of free street parking nearby. You can park at the front entrance on Griffith St (1hr), but our recommendation is to park in the carpark lot by our rear entrance on Chalk St (2hr or unlimited parking).

Please arrive no earlier than 15 mins before your class start time and no later than 5 mins prior to the class so you have time to check-in at reception, set up your mat and props, and chat with your teacher if you need. Late entries are not permitted as missing the warm-up can increase the risk of injury and disrupt other students.

Though we love kids, we are not a childcare and do not

offer childminding. Children are not permitted to wait in the studio while you practice, due to safety and legal issues. Children of at least 16 years can attend a regular yoga class under concession pricing, if doing so with a parent/guardian.

We do offer special kids yoga classes, so parents can

practice yoga across the hall without distraction.

Please bring water, a towel and sweater if you're attending a gentle cooling class. We offer mat hire for $2 (free for our Members) or you are welcome to bring your own mat. A gentle reminder that we're a cashless studio, so any purchases must be processed via card or your Mindbody account.

You’ll find all the little extras we pride ourselves on — high-quality eco-luxe Mndfl Mats, renewable cork props, organic cotton bolsters, organic cotton straps, organic lavender eye pillows and all the goodies to keep you safe and supported.

We recommend wearing something comfortable that you can move in. This could be loose-fitted, tight-fitted, long, or short. If you are attending an active class, we recommend wearing something that you would wear on a jog on a warm day. If you are attending a slower-paced class, we recommend something loose-fitting and with a few more layers in-case it gets cool.

If you are new, have a special circumstance, injury or ailment please let your teacher know before class begins. Even if you've let them know before, it's best to let them know how you're feeling on that particular day so they can offer you the most supportive environment possible. If you are sick, or presenting with symptoms of any kind, we kindly ask you do not attend the studio until cleared by a medical professional.

We believe in disconnecting to reconnect. Please ensure your phone is left in reception area and is either turned off or put on silent with no vibration. No phones are permitted in the yoga room, as this can be extremely disruptive to students and teacher alike. Allow your self this time to digitally detox. Please ask at reception for a phone charger if you require one.

We're a cashless studio and accept credit or debit card only. Here's why:

  • Safer for our team as no cash greatly reduces risk of theft and violence

  • Smoother service as cash handling slows things down

  • More time to spend on yoga and pilates instead of cash management

  • Better hygiene as cash can carry COVID19 and other diseases

Head up the stairs to our light-filled, spacious lounge full of comfortable seating, bean bags and cushions where you'll be warmly welcomed by our friendly staff. We recommend arriving a 10-15 minutes early to enjoy a delicious fruity herbal tea and swatch our certified organic essential oils. As a side note, we, unfortunately, don't have wheelchair/stroller access.

Yogaventures is only a short 2 min walk from the blissfully beautiful beaches of Coolangatta. After class you can refresh with a dip in the ocean, or take a tea-to-go and watch the cotton candy sunsets. What a dream!

Coolangatta boasts a welcoming, community energy that makes its way from the streets and into our classes. Our beautiful clients are of all ages, come from all walks of life, and are the beating heart of our community. Leave each class with all those warm, fuzzy vibes.

Our beautiful studio features two purpose-built rooms, tea making facilities and bathrooms. We're continuously pouring in love, adding little additions and upgrades to our studio each week to offer our clients the very best we can.

Throughout the year, we aim to keep our studio around 23 degrees. In summer it can get quite warm, so we rely on a fresh ocean breeze or air conditioning. On cooler days in winter and for the slower-paced classes, we will offer heating if the studio is a little chilly.

Our light-soaked and airy studio features a spacious lounge connected to two large purpose-built studio rooms. Studio One comfortably fits up to 30 yoga mats and Studio Two hosts up to 12 yoga mats. SO much room for activities.

We're passionate about the sustainability of our Earth and feature renewable-based energy,  flooring made from recycled materials, a series of sustainably-sourced dreamy linen curtains, eco-friendly props, a paperless booking system, recycled paper when we do use paper, plant-based compostable bin liners and we strive to limit our single use plastic where possible.

Our gorgeous yoga teachers are handpicked

and always bring their own special spice to class. They are warm-hearted, gentle

and dedicated to providing you with insightful and inclusive yoga that integrates

clever sequencing and mindful movement, no matter your ability level.

Mamas - we offer kids yoga classes at the same time as adult yoga classes so you can spend an hour on self-care and practice yoga across the hall without distraction. As for the kids — they'll have a ball with yoga games, singing and dancing, arts and crafts.

Our membership program offers unlimited access to our signature classes, exclusive member benefits and ongoing support. They're based on nurturing and inspiring both physically and mentally to become the very best versions of ourselves.

We’ve designed the perfect suit of friendly, accessible, bespoke classes to suit our beginners, older bodies, injured bodies, sore bodies, tired bodies, curvy bodies, mamas-to-be, experienced yogis, and everyone in between.
