We’ve designed the perfect suit of friendly, accessible bespoke classes to suit our First Timers, older bodies, injured bodies, sore bodies, tired bodies, curvy bodies, mamas-to-be, experienced yogis, and everyone in between.​ From the vibrant energy of 'Flow' to the magic of 'Chill', we have everything you need for total mind-body wellness in one hour. 

BASICS

Simple. Accessible. Supportive

A foundational class that takes it back to basics for all levels including first timers, older bodies, curvy bodies, and mamas-to-be. Be guided through a supportive, uncomplicated practice incorporating mostly stretchy seated postures with a focus on safe alignment, instruction and simple principals to build confidence and familiarity, whilst the more experienced students can refine the fundamentals of their alignment. In this class, we dial it way back for a slower pace to allow for questions and clear explanations of how and why we do this yoga thing.

CHILL

Restorative. Meditative. Supportive.

A beautiful restorative yin class to unwind and de-stress with long juicy holds to soften the body and surrender to stillness. Chill out by holding really deep stretches for 3-5mins with lots of props to penetrate our connective fascial tissue, joints and muscles to balance the busy demands of life. We also love to weave in a little mindfulness, body scans and breath work from time to time. A powerfully-therapeutic practice to release physical and mental tensions. Great for those who require mental detoxification due to stress and anxiety.

ROLL + RELEASE

Juicy. Releasing. Cathartic.

Self-love at it's finest with this deliciously deep tissue roll and release. We'll use a variety of massage balls, rollers, props and trigger point therapy to remove stiffness, tightness, mental tension, and pain from the body through the power of self-massage. This deep tissue work systematically increases flexibility, releases stress in the body, and is highly effective for acute and chronic pain relief. Breath deep and roll it out.

FLOW + CHILL

Balancing. Replenishing. Nourishing.

Can't decide on sweat or Savasana? Well, now there's no need to. Find balance with this great well-rounded class starting with 30mins flow that melts the body open and followed by 30mins of yummy deep yin yoga holds. A little bit of everything – strengthening, stretching, balancing, breathing and meditating. This is the goldilocks of classes and includes both yin and yang, sugar and spice.

FLOW

Uplifting. Refreshing. Playful.

Get ready to move with the right mix of flow, fun and music. Vinyasa Flow is a fluid high-energy practice where no two classes are ever the same. Expect a series of strong postures with a playful breath-focused flowing sequence to place controlled amounts of stress on the body and build resilience. It'll strengthen the core, whilst improving discipline and mental focus. Work hard with this dynamic workout followed by a gorgeous savasana to refresh and recharge.

PILATES

Energising. Challenging. Sculpting.

The ultimate feel-good, non-stop workout. Pop playlists and pilates equipment will keep your energy buzzing and your body moving. Tone, lengthen, balance, sculpt and condition the abs, arms, thighs and booty with a sequence of isometric and body-weighted resistance exercises. Great for injury prevention, strong core and healthy spine. Think of this as a total body tune-up with low impact and high results. Trust us, it’s harder than you think!
