STRETCH

Simple. Gentle. Beginner-Friendly.

Be guided through a blend of mindful movement and juicy deep stretches. Expect a gentle, supportive, uncomplicated practice with a focus on thoughtful options, safe alignment and simple principals. We like to think of this class as a 'super slow flow' where we dial it back to basics so there's more time for explanations on how and why we do this yoga thing. Stretch is a great complement to Pilates or strong workouts. Perfect for beginners looking to stretch!

CHILL

Restorative. Meditative. Supportive.

A beautiful restorative yoga class to unwind and de-stress with long juicy holds to soften the body and surrender to stillness. Chill out by holding really deep stretches for 3-5 mins with lots of props to penetrate our connective fascial tissue, joints and muscles. We love to offer elements from both Yin and Restorative teachings + weave in mindfulness, body scans and breath work. A powerfully-therapeutic practice to release physical and mental tensions. Great for balancing stress, anxiety and life's busy demands.

ROLL + CHILL

Juicy. Releasing. Cathartic.

Self-love at it's finest with this deliciously deep tissue yoga class. It’s like a deep remedial massage and restorative yin yoga session all in one (you’re welcome). We'll use a variety of tools like massage balls, rollers, props and trigger point therapy to remove stiffness, tightness, mental tension, and pain from the body through the power of self-massage. This deep tissue work systematically increases flexibility, releases stress in the body, and is highly effective for acute and chronic pain relief. Breathe deep and roll it out.

FLOW + CHILL

Balancing. Replenishing. 

Nourishing.

Can't decide on sweat or Savasana? Well, now there's no need to with this well-rounded yoga class. Spend the first 30-40 mins working through a gentle full-body flow to increase circulation and revitalise the body. Spend the final 20-30 mins settling into juicy static floor-based yin yoga holds to increase muscle elasticity, restoration and total nourishment. A little bit of everything – strengthening, stretching, balancing, breathing and meditating. This is the goldilocks of classes and the perfect balance of yang and yin.

FLOW

Dynamic. Uplifting. Recharging.

Get ready to move with this dynamic vinyasa flow. Flow is a fluid high-energy practice where no two classes are ever the same. Expect a series of strong postures with a playful breath-focused sequence to place controlled amounts of stress on the body and build resilience. It'll strengthen the core, whilst improving discipline and mental focus to leave you feeling inspired and recharged.

FLOW PLAY

Playful. High-Intensity. Challenging.

Expect a fun, high-intensity flow with the option to give inversions, arm balances, and playful transitions a whirl (if you dare!). This class will give you the opportunity to deepen your practice, strengthen your body and maybe get get some air time! You don’t need to be an inversion master to attend — as always we encourage you to meet your body where it’s at. You'll build confidence, creativity and challenge yourself. Come along and play!

PILATES

Feel Good. Energising. Sculpting.

The ultimate feel-good workout with funky pop playlists to get you buzzing, motivated and ready to seize the day. We'll begin with 50-mins of non-stop, breath-focused movement to tone, condition and strengthen the abs, arms, thighs, booty and mind. We then love to finish off with a juicy 10-mins of stretching and guided relaxation to wind down. A total body and mind tune-up with low impact and high results leaving you flooded with feel-good endorphins. The perfect balance to any yoga practice!

MINDFUL PILATES

Controlled. Stabilising. Strengthening. 

Join us for our unique movement therapy class. Featuring 50-mins of slower and controlled mindful movement and activations with a focus on form and alignment to strengthen, lengthen and stabilise. Each week you'll start to build body awareness, improve your posture and engage muscles you never knew existed! We then love to finish off with a juicy 10-mins of stretching and guided relaxation to wind down.

KIDS YOGA

Fun. Creative. Engaging.

Mamas (and Papas), drop the kids off at kids yoga while you spend an hour on your own self-care and practice yoga across the hall without distraction. As for the kids — they'll have a ball with yoga games, singing and dancing, arts and crafts. Each class is designed to allow kids the opportunity to explore their inner creativity whilst learning relaxation and self-calming techniques. Good for the kids and good for you.
