Join us for our community Book Club to learn, expand and connect! Every 6 weeks, we'll dedicate time to read one transformational feel-good book to deepen your understanding of the yogic lifestyle, inspire wellness and enrich your path of self-enquiry. 

 

We'll come come together every 6 weeks for a 60-min yoga practice centred around our book's teaching followed by 45-mins of delicious tea, treats and compelling conversations to process, digest, gain more perspective and motivate us to read more.

 

Research has shown that reading can increase empathy, ease stress, and reduce cognitive decline as we age. These inclusive discussion group will help you deepen your practice, building community, boost brain health and overall wellbeing.
