Emma Ceolin is a Senior Yoga Teacher, wellness influencer, mama, proud indigenous Australian and founder of Yogaventures, Yogaventures Online and MNDFL Mats. She's also an avid freediver, surfer, scuba diver and skydiver! Emma first found yoga in 2013 as a therapy for her own anxiety and depression. It changed her life forever. After graduating from a QUT Business degree and undergoing over 1,000 hours of yoga teacher training, she left her corporate role to share yoga. She has travelled teaching workshops, retreats and teacher trainings across Australia, Asia, Europe, and the United States. She also opened the dreamy Yogaventures Coolangatta studio at 9 months pregnant and during a pandemic. Today she is an Experienced Yoga Teacher (ERYT® 500), Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT®), Registered Childrens Yoga Teacher (RCYT®), Yoga Teacher Trainer (RYS® 200 + YACEP®) and specialises in beginner yoga and yoga for the mental health / therapeutic benefits. Emma is a big believer in how challenges and hardships are our greatest teacher, and how we can use them to create abundance.
